Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to give you a personalized plan and to run the membership.

What we collect

• Quiz answers (your goal, body metrics, schedule, and health screening). Your quiz answers are processed to build your plan and are stored in your own browser; we receive them only if you choose to save or email your plan.
• Your email address, if you ask us to save or send your plan, or when you start a membership.
• Payment information, handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic, privacy-respecting usage analytics to understand what is helpful.

How we use it

To generate and deliver your plan, to operate your membership and trial, to send you the emails you signed up for, to provide support, and to improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

Who processes data for us

We use these service providers, and only these, to run SCULPTiv. Each processes data only to provide its service to us. None of them receives your quiz answers.

• Netlify: hosts the site, runs member log-in, and stores your hub progress, messages to us and app reminder settings.
• Stripe: payments, checkout and the billing portal.
• MailerLite: the email sign-up forms and the emails you asked for.
• GoatCounter: privacy-friendly page-view counts. No cookies and no personal profile.
• Google Tag Manager (Google): loads our site measurement, which today is the Pinterest page-visit tag below.
• Pinterest: counts page visits from Pinterest, loaded through Google Tag Manager.
• Google Fonts (Google): serves the typefaces, so Google sees your IP address when a page loads.
• YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode): plays the exercise videos inside the member hub.
• Lulu: prints and ships the journal, only if you order one.
• Expo: delivers phone reminders from the SCULPTiv app, only if you turn them on.

We don't use TikTok or Google Ads tracking on this site.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing hello@joinsculptiv.com. Because your quiz data lives in your browser, clearing your browser storage removes it from your device.

SCULPTiv is intended for adults 18 and over and is not directed to children.

Terms of Service

By using SCULPTiv you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

SCULPTiv provides personalized at-home strength and nutrition programming and educational content for women, delivered online. It is a self-guided membership; it is not personal training, coaching, or medical or nutritional care.

Membership, trial & billing

• Membership is $19/month. Founding members keep their price locked for as long as their membership stays active.
• The 14-day trial is free. A card is collected at checkout and nothing is charged until day 15. You get full access right away.
• Your first payment of $19 is on day 15, the day after the trial ends, unless you cancel before then. We email you before the trial ends so it is never a surprise.
• You can cancel at any time. If something is not right in your first 14 days of paid membership, email hello@joinsculptiv.com and we will refund that payment. Beyond that, payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Founding cohort (starts October 19, 2026). A one-time purchase of $99 that includes twelve weeks of membership, the printed SCULPTiv 12-week journal mailed to you, a weekly email from Greta, a small private group chat and a weekly voice note. Nothing renews and no card is kept on file for future charges. If the first two weeks are not right for you, email hello@joinsculptiv.com before day 14 of the cohort and we refund the $99 in full. After day 14 the payment is non-refundable except where required by law. Continuing after the twelve weeks is optional, at the founding price of $19/month.

Acceptable use

SCULPTiv content is for your personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy, redistribute, or resell the programs, materials, or member content.

No guarantees of results

We do not promise specific fitness, weight, or health outcomes. Results depend on many factors within and outside your control.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sculptiv LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA.

Changes

We may update these terms; we will update the date above when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Medical Disclaimer

The workouts, calorie and protein targets, and other guidance in SCULPTiv are general educational information based on published research. They are not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or mental-health advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Please get clearance first if you

• are pregnant, recently postpartum, or trying to conceive;
• are recovering from surgery, injury, or illness;
• have a heart condition, high blood pressure, diabetes, an eating disorder history, or any chronic condition;
• take medication that affects exercise, appetite, or metabolism (including GLP-1 medications); or
• experience pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath during exercise , stop and seek medical care.

By using SCULPTiv you acknowledge that you exercise at your own risk and take responsibility for your own health decisions. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.
