Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to give you a personalized plan and to run the membership.

What we collect

• Quiz answers (your goal, body metrics, schedule, and health screening). Your quiz answers are processed to build your plan and are stored in your own browser; we receive them only if you choose to save or email your plan.
• Your email address, if you ask us to save or send your plan, or when you start a membership.
• Payment information, handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic, privacy-respecting usage analytics to understand what is helpful.

How we use it

To generate and deliver your plan, to operate your membership and trial, to send you the emails you signed up for, to provide support, and to improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

Who processes data for us

We use trusted service providers strictly to run SCULPTiv: Stripe (payments), MailerLite (email), Netlify (hosting), and a privacy-respecting analytics tool. Each processes data only to provide their service.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing hello@joinsculptiv.com. Because your quiz data lives in your browser, clearing your browser storage removes it from your device.

Age

SCULPTiv is intended for adults 18 and over and is not directed to children.

Terms of Service

By using SCULPTiv you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

SCULPTiv provides personalized at-home strength and nutrition programming and educational content for women, delivered online. It is a self-guided membership; it is not personal training, coaching, or medical or nutritional care.

Membership, trial & billing

• Membership is $19/month or $129/year. Founding members keep their price locked for as long as their membership stays active.
• The 14-day trial is free. A card is collected at checkout and nothing is charged until day 15. You get full access right away.
• If you add a card during the trial, your first payment occurs the day after the trial ends. If you never add a card, your plan simply pauses and you are never charged.
• You can cancel at any time. Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly offered by us.

Acceptable use

SCULPTiv content is for your personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy, redistribute, or resell the programs, materials, or member content.

No guarantees of results

We do not promise specific fitness, weight, or health outcomes. Results depend on many factors within and outside your control.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sculptiv LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA.

Changes

We may update these terms; we will update the date above when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Medical Disclaimer

The workouts, calorie and protein targets, and other guidance in SCULPTiv are general educational information based on published research. They are not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or mental-health advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Please get clearance first if you

• are pregnant, recently postpartum, or trying to conceive;
• are recovering from surgery, injury, or illness;
• have a heart condition, high blood pressure, diabetes, an eating disorder history, or any chronic condition;
• take medication that affects exercise, appetite, or metabolism (including GLP-1 medications); or
